Salmon Steak with Ginger Sauce

Hello, Chef Book online today … we’re going to cook salmon steak.
Not an ordinary salmon steak, but a salmon steak with ginger sauce in Japanese style.
It’s very easy, everyone can try it at home.
Today I got a salmon fillet with skin like this, it’s just perfect.
Because when we cook, the skin will get crispy and make it more delicious.
First, we start by putting on salt and pepper.
Then 2 tablespoons of Olive oil.
Add aroma to take away the fishy smell. This is…
Gingen instant Ginger. The Ginger will give it a spicy taste. It’s not only good for your health
but especially when you cook, it will make the steak smell very good.
Don’t leave the fish in the spice for too long, just about 30 minutes.
Cook the steak until the outside is crispy and the inside is medium rare.
It will make the steak taste much better.
Next, we’re going to make Japanese Miso Sauce.
Add ¼ cup of water
Very easy, because I got Gingen instant ginger as my assistant.
This one is sugar free, perfect for cooking because you will get a strong taste of ginger.
Then add Miso, this is a Japanese ingredient, about 1 tablespoon, and another 1 tablespoon of sugar
The sauce will be a bit sweet at first and then salty afterwards.
Kaidaw, are you not interested in salmon at all? Are you not going to eat today? I’ll share half with you ok?
You can see it starts to get sticky like a sauce now.

Switch off the stove and squeeze some lime(lemon) over the steak so it’s not greasy.
Normally when we cook steak, we’ll throw some black pepper on top, but today we’ll use instant Ginger like this:
It smells very good everyone, let’s try it!
VERY DELICIOUS!!! The strong taste of Miso,
the smell and spicy taste from the Ginger match well together with the fish.
And today, we would like to thank our sponsor
