A key role for Gingen involves supporting and promoting farmers engaged in growing ginger in provinces across Northern Thailand. These areas are selected for their favorable terrain, climate conditions, and soil minerals, which are perfectly suited for cultivating the premium ‘Siamese Ginger’ variety.
